Evaluation & Analysis Report -
The next part of the process is to do a full and in-depth analysis of your site. First TEAM SES will analyze your website to ascertain if there are any issues with the structure as well as missing meta tags, duplicate title tags and other on-page factors that may inhibit our placement stratagems.
TEAM SES then seeks to identify which Keyword Phrases the search engine spiders associate with your website. What do the spiders think your site is about? We also carry out additional research to find new and creative keywords and phrases that are relevant to your products or service and highly attractive to the spiders.
Analysis is also carried out on your top 10 competitor sites. TEAM SES will analysis their structure, keywords and content to allow us to ‘reverse engineer’ the factors that have allowed the competition to achieve top 10 rankings. We must remain acutely aware that it is these sites that we need to beat if we are to get your site ranked on the first page or better on consumer searches.
Armed with this information, we are able to author a competitive ratio analysis report. This report defines among many other things the level of difficulty or resistance there will be to rank your site above your competition for your required keywords and phrases.
TEAM SES will compile this critical information into a 60+ page report stuffed full of the details and advice on how to achieve first pages and better ranking for your site. A “Beauty Make Over” to attract spiders!
Implementation -
Once the report has been studied, a further consultation will discuss the various options and recommendations that have been made and answer any questions or queries.
The implementation is a two stage process:
The On-Page optimization - must be completed before the Off-Page stratagems can be implemented. The inconsistencies and omissions in your site as defined by the On-Page section of our report are areas that were not addressed in the original design of your website. The cost of On-Page “beautification” depends on the amount of work that has to be done. In most cases this work will be minor, however in some cases a major “face-lift” could be in order. It may become more cost effective to build a new site structure and foundation from the ground up for “spider-beauty”. The look and feel of the original site can remain largely intact. The cost of a new site structure is +/- $500.00
You will also have to decide which SEO package is best suited to your goals, timing and budget.
TEAM SES will only use methods recommended and acceptable to the search engines companies. The most important thing is that the growth of your site is seen to be natural and organic by the search engine spiders. Search engines will penalize your site heavily if the spiders finds that you are using “black-hat” techniques or trying to use methods to ‘trick’ them into giving you an unwarranted search engine position.
Each one of our packages offers a variety of different methods to produce rapid results. The tasks that TEAM SES perform in each package is not fixed. We might implement more of one type of strategy over another depending on the type of website we are promoting. For example, for a website selling jewelery we would seek to create and distribute more videos than articles; for a website promoting cycle tours we would spend more time posting to relevant content (cycling information) forums and blogs. We call this the ‘horses for course’ approach.
TEAM SES will author and deliver to you a progress report each month to measure the ranking results for our efforts on the keyword phrases we are implementing on your behalf. Based on these results we then plan our strategies for the following thirty days.
As TEAM SES achieve marked improvements or first page ranking of your site on a keyword terms and phrase, we begin to focus our efforts on the next phrase on the list: e.g link building, relevant articles, photo gallery, plug-ins, video presentations and blogs.
TEAM SES will follow this process until we have achieved front page or better ranking for your site. A program of constant maintenance is then created and implemented.
Continuation and Maintenance Program -
Achieving stellar results in the search engines is the “magic” part of the program and requires the implementation of proprietary techniques we call “stratagems”. In order to maintain these stellar results we must take a long term view and implement a continuing maintenance program.
Search engine results are fluid. TEAM SES will constantly monitor the ranking of your site and continue to implement stratagems that are designed to maintain and improve the ranking that we have achieved. This is especially true in the more competitive markets.
Search engine spiders love to see new fresh content posted often and TEAM SES is working for you to provide constant up dates in relevant content together with a continued growth of valuable back links to your site, which make your site stronger and less susceptible to challenges from your competition.
